This week has been an extremely trying. Lets just say that I am grateful that my family still has it's health and that I'll just leave it at that. Not to get all cryptic but as my friend Matt would say, "You gotta always be on the look out for the narcs."

So I've been training hard for about six weeks for the inauguaral Pasadena Marathon. This involves some major running as well as a really stringent diet. That's the reason I haven't been posting anything recently. I've been eating salads and protein only. Can't trust restaurants with their yummy dishes.

I've got about a week left before the Pasadena Marathon. I am running it with my brother next Sunday. I'm pretty excited about it. This is the inaugural race and I am committed to running it or at least participating every year until I die. They've got a full marathon, a half marathon, 5K, 10K, bike ride, a walk and other things I'm sure.
